At The Cordial Hound, “dry hire” means we provide everything except the alcohol. You bring the spirits, wine, beer, or non-alcoholic options of your choosing, and we take care of the rest! We provide a beautifully designed mobile bar, professional bartending, mixers, garnishes, ice, tools, and a fully polished service experience. You get complete control over what’s served, without the markup.
Just the alcohol and a designated serving space! We’ll handle the rest. We’ll send you a simple checklist before your event so nothing is missed. If your venue has specific rules (power access, load-in instructions, parking, etc.), we’ll coordinate ahead of time to make setup seamless.
Absolutely. Every booking includes a personalized alcohol shopping guide based on your guest count, event duration, and drink preferences.
Yes. The Cordial Hound carries full general liability and liquor liability insurance. Even though you supply the alcohol, we take safety, professionalism, and responsible service seriously. If your venue requires proof of insurance, we’re happy to provide it!
Any alcohol you purchase is yours to keep! We’re happy to help pack up what remains at the end of the night. To protect your budget, we highly recommend buying from a liquor store with a generous return policy. Many local shops in MA allow unopened bottles to be returned, which means you can stock up with confidence and get money back afterward. It’s always nice to end the night with a refund instead of waste!
Your deposit secures your date on our calendar and is non-refundable 30 days out from your event. Because we often book far in advance, turning away other clients, this policy ensures fairness and allows us to plan staffing and prep. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll always do our best to accommodate, and any remaining balance is only due if the event is within the final payment window outlined in your contract.
